ArtOuro operates in the Brazilian jewelry and precious stones segment, and was born from the experience of Marcelo Gemas, a business undertaken in 1986 by Marcelo Soares and Vitória Fiuza and with international operations in gems. Now we are expanding to take our beautiful gems in the form of jewelry to all Brazilian women.
Our value proposition was built on the following pillars:
- HANDMADE: All of our jewelry is handmade, following the strictest quality standards, with the Brazilian nature of the rare gems and bright colors being our most striking features.
- TRUE GEMS: We do not work with synthetics, so our jewelry, in addition to beauty, carries with it several therapeutic and mystical effects.
- FAIR PRICE: The traditional jewelry market is notoriously known for charging excessive prices. Currently, the industry is concentrated in the hands of a small group of multinational companies, which own most of the brands. These stipulate abusive margins that artificially increase the final price, leaving the consumer with no option. Our model was to bypass the intermediaries, to offer a balanced option between quality, design and price.
