How is the jewelry packaged?

All of our jewelry is gift-wrapped carefully to ensure there are no unforeseen circumstances in transit.

What comes with the jewelry?

Our jewelry is accompanied by the invoice, the Manual and a jewelry box (if you want to use it to deliver the gift).

The Jewelry Manual contains the Certificate of Guarantee and Authenticity for the Stones and Gold.

How is the jewel I bought transported?

All of our jewels are transported by Correios, using the Sedex or PAC service, depending on the customer's choice.

Is my jewelry insured?

All our shipments are insured, so your jewel, when dispatched by the Post Office, is insured by it.

What if there is something unforeseen in the transport of my jewel?

Don't worry. ArtOuro & Gemas is responsible for the entire process. If there is any problem such as a loss for example, we will return your money.

What is the deadline?

The delivery time for your orders varies according to the address provided for delivery, payment approval and availability of the purchased product.

In the shopping bag, after providing the zip code of the address where you want to receive your order, you will immediately receive information on its delivery time.
