What does the warranty cover?

The ArtOuro & Gemas warranty covers any manufacturing defects and/or materials such as gold and precious stones. We offer our customers quality products with a permanent 18k Gold guarantee.

If it is impossible for the jewel to be repaired, another piece of the same value will be provided. This warranty covers stone replacements within 30 days of purchase.

 

What is the term? And what is ArtOuro's response time?

The guarantee is valid for 1 (one) year.

The maximum deadline for ArtOuro & Gemas to repair the product is 30 days and, after this period, the consumer can choose between exchanging the product, refunding the amount paid or even reducing the price of another product. The start of the term for repairs is counted from the delivery of the product to our factory.

 

What if my jewelry needs repair after 1 year?

Don't worry! We will be happy to assist you. If your jewelry is yellow gold and just needs polishing, ArtOuro will do it for you free of charge. If your jewel is made of white gold and has lost its shine and needs a new rhodium plating, we'll make a quote and send it to you.

 

Rest assured! To ensure satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect with our customers, our warranty policy was created based on the Consumer Protection Code.
