Does ArtOuro offer an option to exchange or return your jewelry?
Yes! To ensure satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect with our customers, we created our exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code. We also offer our customers quality products with a permanent 18k Gold guarantee.
How do I exchange or return my jewelry?
Occurrences involving exchanges or returns must be communicated to the Customer Service Center by telephone (33) 3522-5988 or by e-mail contato@artouro.com.br, within 7 days.
The maximum period for exchanging or canceling the purchase is 7 (seven) days, in accordance with article 49 of the CDC (law 8.078/90) and only for unused parts and upon presentation of the Certificate sent. Exclusive and made-to-measure jewelry are NOT subject to exchange, unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Important: the product returned without this communication, after the deadline or without a guarantee certificate, will be sent without prior consultation.
What to do if the package arrives damaged?
Do not receive! It is important that you always check your goods upon delivery by the carrier. In any of the following cases, refuse the product: open or damaged packaging; defective product; Product not in accordance with the order.
If you still receive the product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 72 hours.
How to return and get refunded?
The refund will be made in the total value of the returned/cancelled product(s), plus the cost of shipping for personal reasons, using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process. We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.
