From the 12th to the 18th of September, Hong Kong hosted, once again, the traditional September Hong Kong Jewelery & Gem Fair, one of the most important events in the jewelry and precious stones sector in the world. Celebrating its 36th edition, the event attracted around 60 thousand visitors and more than 3 thousand exhibitors from 57 different countries to AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) and Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center (HKCEC).

In this edition, 33 Brazilian companies participated with the support of the sectorial project Precious Brazil, of the Brazilian Institute of Gems and Precious Metals (IBGM) in partnership with the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments (Apex-Brasil).

Occupying second place in the ranking of the main destinations for gems and mineral artifacts exported from Brazil, until July 2018, the project companies, in this segment, exported more than 13 million dollars to the country.

Having been present at the event for over 10 years, ArtOuro & Gemas brought a dash of brilliance to the fair with its variety of colored natural stones, headed by Paraíba tourmaline, aquamarine and a special rubellite.

ArtOuro is delighted to thank everyone who contributed to the event's success and presence and participation.

And you, would you go to a fair like this? Remember that it's a great opportunity to learn a little more about the market and, who knows, come back with some items in your luggage.
