We offer a wide variety of Brazilian color tourmalines, especially those with bluish green shades. We also have bicolored gemstones in different sizes and cuts.

Paraíba

The most beautiful and rare blue in the world belongs to Brazil! We offer unique and singular stones! All our gemstones are certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America).

Rubelite

Of Brazilian origin, Rubellite is one of the most exuberant gemstones, combining grandeur, delicacy and sensuality. Our rubellites stand out for their intense tone, which varies from pink to blood red.

Aquamarine

Our collection includes unique and singular gemstones as well as pairs and perfect sets. We offer our customers Aquamarines of different sizes, shapes, and shades of blue.

Morganite

Of Brazilian origin, our morganites range from peach/salmon to pink. The highlights are the beautiful droplets for earrings and pendants, as well as the oval stones for engagement rings.

Imperial topaz

Our selection of imperial topaz is unique because we select and cut stones that are unique in the world. We work with gemstones that vary between yellow, orange and pink.

Amethyst

Our collection contemplates the deepest shade of violet desired by the market. In addition to color, purity is one of the main characteristics of our gemstones.

Citrine

Their shades can vary between yellow, orange and, in very specific cases, red. The wide range of shapes and sizes stands out in our collection.

Regarding our colored gemstones, its important to note that we specialize in a wide variety of de Tourmalines, Aquamarines, Morganites, Amethysts and Citrines. We deal exclusively in natural loose colored gemstones from Brazil and do not work with diamonds or lab-grown/synthetic stones.

1. What types of gems do you offer?

At ArtOuro & Gems, we specialize in a wide variety of natural Brazilian gemstones, including:

Please note that we do not offer sapphires, rubies, emeralds, or diamonds. Each gem is carefully sourced to ensure quality and authenticity.

2. How can I determine the quality of a gemstone?

The quality of a gemstone is assessed using the four Cs: Color, Clarity, Cut, and Carat weight. We provide detailed descriptions and certifications for each stone to help you understand its. If you have specific questions, our team is here to assist you!

3. Do you offer custom jewelry design services?

Currently, we do not offer custom jewelry design services yet.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for non-customized items. The gemstone and jewelry must be in their original condition, and all packaging and certifications should be included. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

5. Do you ship internationally? How does shipping work?

Yes, we offer international shipping via FedEx! Delivery times and shipping fees may vary based on the destination. Most of our stones are located in our Brazil office, but some may be overseas. Check the shipping details:

We use FedEx International Express, with delivery times ranging from 10-20 days.

Generally, if the stone crosses an international border, the shipping cost is $100 USD. This amount may increase depending on your total purchase and whether you require insurance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's status through the provided tracking link.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We work with PayPal and Bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information

At ArtOuro, we craft our jewelry using high-quality materials, including 18k solid gold and natural gemstones. We do not work with synthetic or lab-grown stones. Each piece is designed with precision and care to ensure durability and elegance.

Wholesale order processing times vary based on the size of your order and product availability. Once processed, shipping typically takes between 5-15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

13. I'm looking for a stone, but don't see it on the website.

Please let us know! We have a large inventory that may not be listed yet, and we might have what you're looking for.

14. Are the prices in USD?

Yes, all prices are listed in USD. Please note that in our WebGem platform, all our products are wholesale sold FOB (Free On Board). The shipping cost will be added to your invoice and we will pay to FEDEX.

15. May I show the photos and videos to a client?

Yes, you can share our photos and videos with clients! However, please do not post them publicly without checking with us first.

16. Are your photos reliable?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the colors are accurately represented. If you need additional photos or videos of any stones you’re interested in, just let us know!

17. Gem Cutting

I have this gem; can you recut it for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot recut stones that are not ours due to the risks involved in the cutting process. If you have a special stone and want to partner with us, please send us a message.

Are your stones cut by robots?

No, each stone is cut by hand in our workshop. Our skilled cutters receive a preform (a pre-shaped rough) and then cut the stone's actual facet pattern.
