How can I be an ArtOuro jewelry reseller?

Contact our team via WhatsApp or here on the website. We will send you a form to fill out, from which we will carry out a check to ensure that you are a reseller. After this evaluation, you will receive our catalog and will be able to schedule a video call.

Do I need a CNPJ to buy jewelry?

The main criterion for defining who can buy at ArtOuro is being a reseller. We adopt other screening criteria, such as having a commercial profile and/or commercial references from other wholesalers. For more information, contact us.

Does ArtOuro work on consignment?

We do not work with consignment sales. If you are interested in placing the minimum order to become a reseller, our consultants can help you purchase the ideal mix to optimize your sales.

How can I buy at ArtOuro?
  • Video call: service carried out via cell phone, this sales method allows the sales consultant to present the collection remotely, optimizing interaction with the customer.
  • Catalog: we provide a catalog of our products with photos produced by professional photographers. Catalogs are available both with and without price, so that customers can enjoy this content on their social networks.
  • WhatsApp: customers who prefer to receive photos from the catalog directly via WhatsApp also have this option at ArtOuro.
  • For security reasons, ArtOuro does not offer visits to the showroom. All service is digital and personalized.


Can I buy through the website?

In our online store, we only make retail sales. For wholesale, we do not make sales through the website.

How does shipping work for purchases, in Brazil, but from outside São Paulo?

All purchases made remotely are sent by PAC or Sedex, with shipping at the expense of the buyer.

What are the forms of payment?
  • Cash purchases (PIX or TED) have a 5% discount.
  • Purchases in installments can be made in up to 6 installments via credit card. We send you a payment link.
What is the scope of service?

We send our parts both to Brazil and abroad. International customers follow different minimum purchase conditions and method of shipping products. Please contact us for more information.

How does the ArtOuro purchase guarantee work?

Catalog parts have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, the warranty does not apply to misuse.

The ArtOuro & Gemas warranty covers any manufacturing and/or material defects, and is valid for 1 (one) year. If the jewelry is unable to be repaired, another piece of the same value will be provided. This warranty covers stone replacements within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been broken or torn out.

ArtOuro & Gemas' maximum period for repairs to the product is 30 days and, after exceeding this, the consumer can choose between exchanging the product, refunding the corrected amount paid or even a reduction in the price of another product. The period for repairs begins when the product is delivered to ArtOuro & Gemas.

How is ArtOuro jewelry packaging made?

All of our jewelry is gift-wrapped carefully to ensure there are no unforeseen circumstances in transit.
